Philippe Adam is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Pomerleau. He joined Pomerleau in 2021 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He also led the operations of Pomerleau Capital, their private investment arm in infrastructure and renewable energy.

A graduate of Université Laval's Bachelor of Commerce program, Philippe went on to obtain a graduate diploma in accounting from HEC Montréal. He is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA, CA) and holds the Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) designation, for which he won the Canadian Gold Medal in 2009.

Philippe serves on the board of directors for the Douglas Foundation and two member companies of the Pomerleau Group: Borea Construction, a leader in the construction of renewable energy projects, and ITC Construction Group, specializing in residential skyscrapers.
