Francis currently serves as a Director on the Board of Directors of Pomerleau. He began his career at Pomerleau in 1991 as a project engineer and was entrusted with the management of the company in 1997 alongside his brother Pierre. Possessing a natural leadership style, Francis has amassed over 30 years of valuable experience within the organization. Over this time, he has developed an in-depth knowledge of the construction industry, the company's pan-Canadian operations, and the individuals who contribute to its success.
Francis holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Polytechnique Montréal (1991) and in 2000, obtained a master's degree in business administration from the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Francis has been involved in many construction industry associations in Canada, including the Canadian Construction Association (CCA), where he chaired the General Contractors Council for two years. Beyond his professional engagements, Francis extends his personal support to many non-profit organizations within the education, sports, and health sectors, such as the University of Ontario.
