Éric Gaudet is Executive Vice President, Operational Excellence and Strategy. This function brings together the IT, Innovation, Integrated Management Systems, Quality, and Strategy teams who work to continuously improve the company's performance.

At the head of this group of key functions, Éric is responsible for steering the company's strategic planning. He has a global and long-term vision, thanks in particular to many years of experience advising companies in the engineering sector. He is also responsible for solidifying our foundations and implementing best practices to improve our operational performance.

Over the course of his long career, Eric has worked, largely for McKinsey & Company, most recently as a senior partner. He has orchestrated a variety of multi-year transformation programs that have enabled his clients to improve their ability to execute on strategy, grow faster and engage teams. He also worked in the manufacturing industry, at Camso, as Chief Business Transformation Officer. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Université de Sherbrooke and an MBA from HEC Montréal.
