Vincent is Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. His objectives are to manage all the company's financial operations, maximize profitability, oversee the development of the company, particularly through strategic acquisitions, and manage financing, cash flow and tax planning, in order to increase the value of the organization. He also oversees Pomerleau Capital, our private investment subsidiary in infrastructure and renewable energy. In addition, he is responsible for certain functions such as purchasing and logistics, legal affairs, risk management, insurance and surety bonds, as well as the governance and corporate secretariat.
For more than 20 years, Vincent has used his passion for finance in large companies and consulting firms. Through his experiences, he has developed an in-depth knowledge of the energy and renewable energy, pulp and paper, packaging, mining and aerospace sectors.
Prior to joining Pomerleau, Vincent held the position of Vice-President, Finance and Treasurer at Kruger, where he had overall responsibility for corporate finance, treasury, mergers and acquisitions, financial planning and analysis, and insurance. Vincent is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds a bachelor's degree in finance from HEC Montréal.
